Vicki sold my condo in Royal Palm Beach. I really wish she had been my agent when I bought it. Well, at least that way I was able to appreciate the difference between an ok R. E. agent and an exceptional R. E. agent. No frills, no empty promises, just a hands-on ball of fire on your side! Incredibly knowledgeable and super honest and direct while kind and respectful. You feel comfortable around her, and confident that she genuinely has your best interest as her priority. Her advise is invaluable! She visits often to make sure your property is in tip top shape for the best buyer. She is in communication frequently so you're always aware of what's going on, and she really goes to bat for you. There are lots of real estate agents and they're always "amazing" until they get your business. Not so with Vicki. My honest advise is don't settle for mediocrity. Don't fall for shiny sales pitches. Vicki ALWAYS answered her phone/email/texts. She is professional, knowledgeable regarding the markets we were interested in and never tried "steer" us to properties not suitable for us. She is incredibly proactive with the coordination of the lender, if there is financing, condo association management company, if a condo and the closing agent. She monitored the timelines for every aspect of the contract. We HIGHLY recommend Vicki Ducanois as an buyers or sellers agent for your real estates transactions. She truly gets the job done.
