Vicki sold my condo in Royal Palm Beach. I really wish she had been my agent when I bought it. Well, at least that way I was able to appreciate the difference between an ok R. E. agent and an exceptional R. E. agent. No frills, no empty promises, just a hands-on ball of fire on your side! Incredibly knowledgeable and super honest and direct while kind and respectful. Vicki ALWAYS answered her phone/email/texts. She is professional, knowledgeable regarding the markets we were interested in and never tried "steer" us to properties not suitable for us. She is incredibly proactive with the coordination of the lender, if there is financing, condo association management company, if a condo and the closing agent.
